Refund policy

Our returns policy allows you to exchange your unused item or keep the value in store credit up to 30 days from receipt of goods.

Returned items must have tags attached, be unused, and undamaged.

Refunds are not possible due to change of mind.

To return an item, phone the store on 0265836655 or email parts@rockmotorcycles.com.au once we approve the return you will be required to get the item back to us at your cost. If you decided to exchange for another item we will cover the new item freight free.

The following are non returnable (unless there is a problem with the item requiring warranty):-

• Helmets
• Generators
• Electrical items
• Aerosol Cans
